All products sold on digideez are digital downloads unless otherwise stated.
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Failure to read the product description
- Incompatibility with your software or system
- Lack of use or inability to use the product
Once a digital file has been downloaded or access has been granted, it cannot be revoked.
Limited Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only if:
- The file is defective or corrupted
- The download cannot be accessed due to a verified platform error
- A refund is required by applicable law
All refund requests are reviewed at the sole discretion of digideez.
Vendor Products
Products are sold by independent Vendors.
digideez facilitates transactions but does not guarantee:
- Product performance
- Suitability for a specific purpose
- Compatibility with third-party tools
Any product-related questions should be directed to the Vendor before purchase.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:
- Account suspension or termination
- Loss of access to previously purchased products
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that violate this policy.
