DMCA / Copyright Policy

Last Updated: [1/25/26]

digideez (“we,” “us,” or “the Marketplace”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users and Vendors to do the same.

This policy explains how copyright owners can report alleged infringement and how Vendors can respond to such claims in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content available on digideez infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright infringement report using one of the methods below.

Built-In Reporting Feature

For your convenience, every product listing on digideez includes a “Report This Product” option.

This feature allows logged-in users to report:

  • Copyright infringement
  • Trademark violations
  • Fraudulent or misleading content
  • Spam or other policy violations

Submitting a report through this feature is the fastest way for our team to review potential issues.

DMCA Notice Requirements

To be valid under the DMCA, your report must include the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material, including the product URL
  3. Your name, email address, and contact information
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

Incomplete or inaccurate notices may delay processing.

Submission Method

Copyright complaints may be submitted by:

  • Using the Report This Product feature on the product page
  • Emailing us at [your support email] with the subject line: DMCA Notice

Review & Takedown Process

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice:

  • digideez will review the report
  • Allegedly infringing content may be removed or disabled
  • The Vendor will be notified of the claim

digideez may remove content without prior notice when legally required.

Counter-Notification

If you are a Vendor and believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a DMCA counter-notification that includes:

  1. Identification of the removed content
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
  3. Your name, address, and contact information
  4. Consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal court
  5. Your physical or electronic signature

Counter-notifications should be sent to [digideezllc@gmail.com] with the subject line: DMCA Counter Notice.

Repeat Infringer Policy

digideez maintains a repeat infringer policy.

Vendors who receive multiple valid infringement claims may have:

  • Products permanently removed
  • Vendor privileges suspended
  • Accounts terminated without further notice

Abuse of Reporting System

Submitting false or misleading infringement reports may result in account suspension or legal consequences. The reporting system must be used in good faith.
